All studios run Pro Tools HD, and all connect to the outside world via ISDN, Source Connect, Skype and phone patch.
For those who may be unfamiliar with these connection technologies, here’s a quick overview.
ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) is still the worldwide standard tool for sending high-quality audio in real time to the ideal destination. It is the broadcaster’s choice for remote audio production. ISDN is essentially a special high-quality telephone line used in radio broadcasts, voiceover, and for other needs that require a high quality, digital sound. Specifically, ISDN connects the voice-talent, who is in one studio, and send high quality audio in real-time to the client (producer) who is in another studio. With this connection, both parties hear the voice over recording, and have the ability to record the audio with clear in bound and out bound communication.
Source Connect Pro
Source Connect is very similar to ISDN but uses the internet to transmit the audio. Letting the talent and studio connect digitally all over the world to similarly equipped studios, broadcasters, advertising agencies, actors and voice-over artists.

Skype Sessions / ADR Direction via Skype
This patching service provides the ability to connect any director directly into the ADR session through their computer, tablet or smartphone with the ability to provide accurate direction through viewing the sync from the video engine screen, while hearing the ADR performance form the actor and any stems desired. It provides the feeling that you are in studio directing the session while being anywhere in the world. This is a very popular option for our clients located in other states and all over the globe.
A Phone Patch feeds your live mic voice and any stems desired, through an interface (the patch) and directly into your phone line. Radio stations use this patch for phone interviews. For a recording session, you can call into our studio on a telephone and we will patch you in to the recording session. You will be able to listen to the talent and provide real-time feedback. This gives you the ability to hear and direct the voice actor while we record it. We can set up conference calls so that multiple people are able to call in and direct.
